White glove

AI strategy & implementation, delivered.

Boring comes out of an AI strategy and implementation practice — the platform is how we deliver the work. Engage us white glove and we build and run your agents with you; you approve the sensitive steps and get the outcomes, not a tool to learn.

// the engagement

Six weeks, three phases, agents you keep.

01
Strategy
We map your operations and find the workflows where agents pay for themselves first — the ones with real toil, clear owners, and steps a human should still approve.
02
Implementation
We design, build, and ship your agents on Boring — approval gates wired in from day one, briefs written with the people who own the workflow, tested against your real cases.
03
Operation
We watch the runs, tune the instructions, and extend the agents as your work changes. You approve the sensitive steps and read the traces; we handle the rest.
// what you get

Outcomes, not a rollout project.

A forward-deployed team
We embed with the people who own the workflows — not a discovery deck, a build.
Agents you keep
Everything ships in your Boring workspace, in plain language your team can read and edit. No black-box deliverable.
Control from day one
Approval gates on every irreversible step and a full trace of every run — the same product self-serve customers get, because it is the same product.
A direct line
Weekly iterations with the people building the platform. Your feedback shapes the roadmap while your agents ship.
Founding design partner
Bring your worst workflow. We'll automate it in six weeks.

We're taking a small number of founding design partners: forward-deployed engagement, weekly iterations, a locked founding rate afterward. In return we ask for reference rights and your candid feedback shaping the roadmap.

Talk to us
// common questions

What does it cost?

A fixed engagement fee for the six-week build, and a locked founding rate on the platform afterward. We're in early access, so terms are set per engagement — talk to us and we'll be specific.

Do we keep the agents if we stop the engagement?

Yes. The agents live in your workspace, written in plain language your team can read, edit, version, and roll back. The engagement ends; the automation doesn't.

Which workflows are a fit?

Recurring, cross-tool work with judgment in it: invoice follow-up, onboarding, lead routing, reporting, triage. If it needs a flowchart nobody wants to maintain — or never survived becoming one — it's a candidate. Bring your worst; that's the point.

How is this different from hiring an automation agency?

An agency leaves you a system only they understand. We deliver on our own product, in plain language, with the supervision built in — and we've built automation platforms before: our team created Swimlane and the no-code builder crft (acquired by Flashpoint). The platform is how the practice delivers.

Done for you, or do it yourself.
