// what it does
- 01Read recent threads. List Gmail threads from the lookback window where the person sent at least one message. Ignore newsletters, notifications, no-reply senders, and the configured ignore list.
- 02Find what they are waiting on. Keep threads where the person's message is the latest, it asked a question or requested something, and it is older than the quiet-days threshold.
- 03Find what they promised. Scan the person's own sent messages for commitments with a deadline or an implied one ("I'll send it Friday", "will get back to you next week") and check the thread for whether it was done.
- 04Rank. Put overdue promises first, then promises due in the next two days, then the longest-waiting requests to other people.
- 05Send the digest. Post one Slack DM with each item's person, subject, what is owed and by whom, how many days it has been, and a link to the thread.
// guardrails in the draft
This is a read-and-report agent. Never send, draft, archive, or label email.
Quote the commitment as written. Do not infer a promise from vague phrasing like "let's catch up sometime".
Keep the digest to at most 15 items and say how many more there were.
The digest goes only to the person whose inbox it reads.
