Assign User to ServiceCALLBACK24_ASSIGN_USER_TO_SERVICE
Assign a Callback24 user to a service, optionally within a routing group.
Batch Assign Users to ServiceCALLBACK24_BATCH_ASSIGN_USERS_TO_SERVICE
Sequentially assign 1-25 Callback24 users to one service. This operation is non-atomic and has no rollback: processing stops after the first provider failure, malformed success response, or transport error. The attempted user can be marked unknown when the assignment may have occurred; verify membership before retrying. All remaining users are marked not_attempted.
Batch Remove Users from ServiceCALLBACK24_BATCH_REMOVE_USERS_FROM_SERVICE
Sequentially remove 1-25 users from a Callback24 service. Cancel Upcoming Phone CallsCALLBACK24_CANCEL_UPCOMING_PHONE_CALLS
Irreversibly bulk-cancel every upcoming phone call matching a phone number or lead reference. Optionally narrow the destructive operation by earliest scheduled time and service. The reason is permanently appended to each cancelled call's comments and defaults to 'Canceled by API, no reason'.

Create a routing group within a Callback24 service, with optional localized names.
Create Phone CallCALLBACK24_CREATE_PHONE_CALL
Create or schedule a real phone call in Callback24. This action can trigger customer-visible telephony to the supplied recipient phone number.
